in the studio

Posted on 05. Nov, 2009 by in craft

I’m working on a lot of side projects that I can’t wait to share in the next few days.

I love to use a small stack of felt pieces as a work surface. It’s non-slip, nothing rolls off of it, and you can stick pins and needles into it when you don’t want to get up and look for a pincushion.

I shouldn’t have been making these paper pinwheels and eating ruffled potato chips at the same time–they look waaaay too similar for this sleep-deprived pregnant lady! A few hand-to-mouth errors were made…

I have a note for people who follow me on RSS readers (who may not get this message anyway)–I know you’ve been having some trouble with the feed and it should be fixed this weekend. Thanks to all of you who have helped us fix the little bugs!

I was just thinking today that I hadn’t seen any new blog posts in my google reader, so I decided to check out the site itself- it looks amazing! I re-subscribed, but I almost don’t want to and just want to keep coming back to this beautiful site every day. I’m obsessed with everything you create!

^I hope that obsessed comment doesn’t sound too stalkerish or anything! :)

It’s funny you should mention the RSS issues… I was laying in bed last night trying to find something interesting on my Google Reader when I realized that I was getting your tweets about your new blog posts but the actual posts weren’t in my reader at all. When I got to work today the first thing I did was head over to your site and re-subscribe!
