Jo Packham, editor-in-chief of Where Women Create wrote a really touching and sweet blog post about when we first met and worked together last Spring. Comment on Jo’s post to be entered to win a really sweet felt pencil pouch and a matching flower pin. You could use the pouch for lots of things–pens, brushes, business cards, coupons…whatever works for you, really. I’m sure I will throw in a few other goodies with that package as well.
Elsewhere on the internet:
• Professor Lasertron and I have had Lady Gaga’s video for her new song Bad Romance on repeat for the last week…this might just be the lady I sell my soul to be for a day. That voice! Those clothes! She is like, trolling the entire world and so getting away with it. My dream job.
• Continuing my obsession (should we just say admiration?) with all things Jennifer Murphy, I am planning to try this pom-pom bunny project she designed for Martha Stewart. I want to make a whole little world of handmade pom pom animals! What a fun project to do with kids, too.
• New to Twitter? ProBlogger shares 10 Easy Steps for Twitter Beginners. I think they are great pointers–you just gotta jump in!
• I’m infatuated with this dress. Should I just buy it for next year? Sigh.
• Tips from blogger and party stylist Jordan Ferney to make this year’s holiday party elegant and special
• After I saw this tiny yellow coat, I am hoping for a girl. (I go back and forth all the time depending on what clothes I find…haha!)
