kate’s wedding photos

Kate was one of our customers who decided to buy our felt flower kits and make her own bouquets for her beautiful Lorne, Australia wedding along the Great Ocean Road. She married her husband Nige on Feb. 12th and sent me a few shots from their big day.

Look at this close-up of her dress…doesn’t it just kill you!? Kate’s dressmaker, Nadia Pearse, used buttons that belonged to her late grandmother (she used to play with them as a child). She also made a veil to match.

(My assistant Shannon and I are looking in our closets for our own dresses to encrust with buttons! LOVE this look!)

This looks like paradise. We also love the bridesmaids’ dresses–I would definitely wear that again and always remember my friends’ wedding day when I saw it happily hanging in my closet.

Congratulations again Kate and Nige!

It’s almost like the dress was designed to match one of your bouquets
