our april fool’s first friday window party at CAMP!

It was a wonderful night for CAMP, for visual merchandising student Rachel Jensen who did our windows, for Andrew Hershey who had an art opening down the hall, for me who had a great day, and for Omaha’s becoming-legendary First Friday.
So here is what went down in our neck of the woods. We had a keg of our favorite local brew, Lucky Bucket, my parents made flower-shaped sandwiches, Alice was there all night entertaining the crowds and working the room, elbows were rubbed, things got crazier as the night went on, and I’m glad so many new people had the opportunity to check out Omaha’s first coworking space. I’ll let the pictures do the rest of the talking.

There were lots of kids there but there was more debauchery than these photos suggest–as the night went on and the liquor flowed we took fewer pictures. Which is probably for the best.
So I have gotten overwhelming feedback that people are missing the outfit photos–like the 30th person asked me about them tonight–so I will start doing them again. I am thinking about a weekly wrapup outfit post with a nice little photo montage. I have a pretty crazy wardrobe between going out to events and parties and being businessmommy at work every day so the variety is maybe interesting. I am also taking more questions for my next questions from you post, so you can go to formspring to shoot one off or just leave a comment here.
